If your New Year’s resolution is to read more, here are a few tips on how you can access audio books, large print or braille books for free.
This national library is free for anyone who is blind or has low vision or has a print disability. It has more than 45,000 books, 8000 braille and ebraille titles, local newspapers, sport fixtures, magazines and more.

Your local library
Your local library will have options to borrow audiobooks via the apps Libby or Borrow Box. All you need is your library member number and a password and an internet connection. Both Libby and Borrowbox are screen reader supported, and have options to adjust font size, text colour and page colour.
To find your closest library, you can visit Public Libraries Victoria and search their directory.
