Visitor Support Volunteer

Help Guide Dogs Victoria make a positive difference.

About the Role

Do you have experience with customer facing roles, and love interacting with a diverse range of people? Join the Guide Dogs Victoria Volunteer community and be part of our mission to support Victorians with low vision or blindness by creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors to our Kew campus.

We are recruiting for a newly created role of Visitor Support Volunteer. Visitor Support Volunteers will play a vital role in ensuring that visitors to Guide Dogs Victoria have an experience that is warm, approachable, friendly, compassionate and professional. They will also support the Customer Service team with the running of our new retail space.
