Meet Russell.

Allow me to introduce myself.

Nice to meet you!

As QT Melbourne’s first-ever hotel Wellbeing Dog-cierge, I’m redefining the guest experience one paw at a time. It’s my job to greet everyone who walks through the hotel’s iconic copper doors.

My affectionate nature and playful spirit made me PAWfectly suited to the role of a Wellbeing Dog rather than going down the path of guiding like my other canine colleagues. In my imPAWtant role, I greet guests, lead morning walks, and spread wellness through my irresistible charm.

Making every stay and visit adorable

Together with my colleagues at QT Melbourne, I ensure guests enjoy not just luxury, but also a meaningful connection – all while facilitating pup-friendly experiences from serving up puppacinos to hosting puppy yoga and Pilates sessions.

But the best part of my job is spreading the word about Guide Dogs Victoria to people from all over the world.

It’s my honour to raise awareness about the vital work we do to empower the low vision and blind community and demonstrate what true inclusion and social impact looks like

We’d love your suppawt

It takes in excess of $25,000 to prepare a Wellbeing Dog for their higher PAWpose providing comfort, companionship and emotional support.

There are lots of ways you can supPAWt dogs like me from donations, to volunteering and puppy sponsorship. Every bit helps!
