Join Guide Dogs Victoria’s CEO Nicky Long on The Great Otway National Park Trek!
Join the “Guide My Way” trek walking some of the highlights of the iconic Great Ocean Walk from Apollo Bay to Port Campbell.
Every step you take across this breathtaking landscape will help support Victorians who are blind or have low vision.

Guide Dogs Victoria has partnered with Park Trek to create a spectacular fully guided walk that brings together the highlights of the Great Ocean Walk over four spectacular days.
Explore this iconic and historical Victorian coastline – seeing beautiful beaches and coves, enjoy spectacular cliff top views, and walk through lush rainforests. In the evenings you will relax in our comfortable accommodation at the Cape Otway Lightstation Cottages or Bimbi Park in Cape Otway with new friends and exchange the stories and experiences of the day.
You will walk approximately 43 km, exploring the diverse habitats and landscapes of this truly beautiful region.

Enjoy this 4-day guided walking experience, doing something positive for your body, mind and spirit while exploring a spectacular coastal trail that is rich with history of the infamous “Shipwreck Coast”.
Throughout your walk you’ll only carry a day pack, and this walk is perfectly suited to new and experienced walkers who are looking to unwind and immerse themselves in a beautiful and diverse landscape.

Duration: 4 days / 3 nights
- Day One: Marengo to Shelly Beach (7kms)
- Day Two: Cape Otway to Aire River to Castle Cove (16kms)
- Day Three: Milanesia Gate to Moonlight Head (12kms)
- Day Four: Princetown to Gibson’s Steps/ Twelve Apostles (8.5kms)
Total distance: approximately 43 km, typically 5-6 hrs per day
Typical grade: Generally easy to moderate
Group size: Maximum of 10 guests and 2 guides
Accommodation: Typically, sustainable lodge / cabin style accommodation in twin-share configurations
