Guide Dogs Victoria Community Fair Returns in 2026
Guide Dogs Victoria is inviting the community to come behind the scenes at its much-loved Community Fair, returning to the Kew campus on Saturday 18 April 2026.
This family-friendly event offers a rare opportunity to step inside Guide Dogs Victoria, meet the dogs and people behind the organisation’s life-changing work, and learn more about how assistance dogs support independence, inclusion and wellbeing.
Visitors can enjoy a full day of activities and experiences across the campus, including live Guide Dog demonstrations, a hands-on Assistive Technology Expo, cane walk and human guide experiences, and the chance to meet adorable puppies in training. Families can explore the Kids Zone, enjoy live entertainment, and relax with food from a range of local vendors.
The Fair will also showcase the expanding role of dogs beyond guiding, with opportunities to learn about therapy and wellbeing dogs, community programs, and how Guide Dogs Victoria is supporting people who are blind or have low vision in new and innovative ways.
Designed to be welcoming and inclusive, the event will feature a sensory-friendly quiet zone and accessible activities to ensure everyone can take part.
Early Bird tickets are available until 28 February 2026, with all proceeds helping Guide Dogs Victoria continue to deliver vital services and programs.
