Are you ready to feel empowered, confident, and connected?
Join us at Guide Dogs Victoria for Her Wellness Hub, a supportive space designed exclusively for women aged 30+ who experience low vision or blindness. This is your opportunity to share experiences, learn practical self-care strategies, and discover tips that make everyday wellness easier and more enjoyable.
What’s in store?
Our Occupational Therapists will guide you through hands-on sessions covering topics such as:
- Period & menstruation management.
- Hair care: body and facial hair, colouring, and styling tools.
- Skincare routines: applying products and face masks.
- Basic makeup application for a natural, confident look.
Navigating wellness can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll help you build confidence, explore new skills, and connect with other women who understand your journey.
