This series of free workshops offers a fun, safe and supportive environment where participants can explore different ways to tune into their inner selves, understand their personal goals, and develop resilience.
Held virtually over six sessions, participants must register for the entire series of workshops, allowing you to get to know one another, offer support and share your collective experiences.
This workshop series covers:
- Getting to know you and what your goals are.
- The wheel of life – understanding where you most need to build capacity and resilience.
- Exploring your values and beliefs to find your core purpose.
- Negative self-talk and understanding what is holding you back.
- Stepping out of your comfort zone.
- Tips and tricks for reducing stress.
Facilitated by Fiona Demark, a qualified social worker, life coach, and professional public speaker; Fiona has lived experience of vision loss and is passionate about helping individuals to develop the skills and confidence to thrive and achieve their goals.
Session dates:
- session one: Tuesday 29 October, 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm
- session two: Tuesday 12 November, 5.30 pm to 6:30pm
- session three: Tuesday 19th November, 5.30 pm to 6:30pm
- session four: Tuesday 26th November, 5.30 pm to 6:30pm
- session five: Tuesday 3rd December, 5.30 pm to 6:30pm
- session six: Tuesday 10th December, 5.30 pm to 7:30pm.
