Why employers partner with us

Inclusive workplaces don’t just benefit employees, they create stronger organisations.

People who are blind or have low vision bring valuable skills, diverse perspectives and lived experience that can strengthen teams, improve problem-solving and foster innovation.

We work with employers to identify opportunities, support inclusive recruitment practices, navigate workplace adjustments and build confidence in creating accessible workplaces.

By broadening the way we think about talent, organisations can access new skills, new perspectives and new possibilities.

Because when we rethink what talent looks like, everyone benefits.
