This workshop is part of the Guide Dogs Wellbeing Service.
Get ready to let loose and have fun in this hip-hop based dance workshop. Learn easy-to-follow steps and movements to vibrant hip-hop music. All skill levels are welcome!
During the session, participants will learn about the benefits of moving their body for mental health and wellbeing, while connecting with other young people with blindness or low vision.
This workshop is funded by the Department of Health Victoria and is free of charge to all participants.
