Communicate with Confidence – Wellbeing Half-Day Workshop

‘Communicate with Confidence’ is a half-day workshop designed to equip you with practical communication skills, resilience strategies, and increased confidence in both personal and professional settings.  

The program is particularly beneficial for individuals seeking employment, participating in community activities, or aiming to enhance their overall communication effectiveness. 

This workshop will be facilitated by Fiona Demark, who is a qualified Social Worker, Life Coach and professional public speaker with lived experience of vision loss.
