We are saying farewell to one of our dedicated veterinarians, Dr Ann Hansen, as she departs from Guide Dogs Victoria.
Ann has spent fifteen years working on our veterinary team, providing exceptional care for our dogs and managing everything from microchipping to surgeries. Throughout her time with us, she has gone above and beyond, making a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of our dogs and the wider organisation.
We would like to thank Ann for her hard work, dedication and commitment to Guide Dogs Victoria, and wish her all the very best for the future.
We are also thrilled to welcome Dr Andrew McKay to the organisation as he joins our veterinary team. Andrew received his degree in veterinary science from Melbourne University while also playing AFL with the Carlton Football Club. He brings a wealth of experience in veterinary medicine, having worked across companion animal practice for more than two decades.
Welcome, Andrew. We are so excited to have your expertise on board at Guide Dogs Victoria and know our dogs will be exceptionally well cared for with you on the team.
